Was a violation of the Constitution or the law ascertained?

There was no proof that Park Geun-hye violated the constitution or the law. Impeaching on suspicions and rumors, and before establishing the facts of the case, therefore, is unconstitutional. This fact is one of many ignored during the impeachment process.

The concept of “presumption of innocence until proven guilty” was not applied here either.
