アメリカの記事とイギリスの記事からすると、ワクチン未接種の人たちのなかで感染が広がり、そのなかで入院者数がにわかに増加していく、みたいな感じかな。

イギリスで増えるなら、日本の場合、ワクチン接種が遅れているので、もっと増える、となるわけで、重症者がどれだけ増加するか・・・要注意。
