なぜ、多くの人がわからないカタカナを使うのか？

昨年の国民民主党代表選挙のときから（遡れば民進党の代表選挙のときから）「こども国債」発行による教育・子育て政策の充実を訴えてきたが、大人向けのリカレント教育の観点が薄かった。子どもに向け支出に限らない「教育国債」の発行で、リカレント教育も含む教育・科学技術予算の倍増をめざしたい。 pic.twitter.com/DodCVbwDtd

「生涯教育」という言葉がすでにあるわけだが、それ以上に何を強調したいのか・・・・そこのところ日本語で考えてしっかり誰もがわかる言葉で情報発信しないとだめじゃないの？
