Is the international criminal court racist?

 Of those who have been indicted by ICC, 99% are Africans.

ICC was created to punish the worst of humanity when the national court failed to prosecute

The history of the ICC in a lot of ways goes back to the Nuremberg trials to prosecute indivually  for major crimes committed during war time

They never looked into the atrocities of the U.S. Britain, Australia had also committed during the Second World War. 

So there's always a concern with international law that it was the tool of victors, of the powerful states.

123 countries are currently members of ICC but a few global superpowers are noticeably absent, including United States, Russia, China

　当該裁判所は第二次世界大戦のニューデンベルグ裁判所に由来するが、そのときも勝者の犯罪は裁かれなかったが、現在の国際裁判所も超大国は裁かれず、植民地主義の道具として使われているだけではないか、と。

ーー欧米というのは、陰でこういうずるいことをやりながら、やれ正義だ、へったくれだ、と現状の地位を維持しているのであって、そのことはしっかり認識しておかないと。
