バイデン陣営も広告しているし、National Mall filled with flags で検索しても、普通にどこでも報道しているが・・・・

Biden chose not to have attendees outside of those necessary, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the National Mall instead being filled with flags.

 

Typically on Inauguration Day, the National Mall in Washington, D.C. is filled with people. But due to security concerns following the storming of the U.S. Capitol, the National Mall is filled with flags.
