A spokesperson for NHS England said: “Prof Bell’s reported comments suggest he may not know that at the current time there are not actually that number of vaccines available to the NHS to deploy.

　コロナ禍は戦時体制同然なのにお役所の煩雑な規則でワクチン提供は遅れている、と。これに対して保健省は、まだ、提供するワクチンそのものが足りないだけだ、と。

　ただ、ワクチン注射できる人、それを手伝える人など緊急時の体制に合わせて大幅に規則緩和したほうがいいとおれも思うな。
