先程のプーティンに影響を与えたシュミットによると、憲法に全然縛られないのが主権者であって、たぶんプーティンは自分をそうした主権者だと思っているフシがある。

シュミットが本当にそんなこと言ったのかと他の記事で確認すると、

そんな感じだね。

要するに、憲法９条も・・・そもそも憲法もへったくれもない。主権者たるプーティンは人民の名において新しい秩序をもたらすことができるわけである。

我々が考えている「憲法」や「主権」概念と異なる概念を持っている人たちについて、しかじかの憲法があれば、こうしたことが起きるとか起きないとかはいえないわけだ。主権者＝独裁者＝プーチンは憲法ひっくり返せる人間なのだから・・・・ということじゃないの？
