It is clear that South Korea wants to develop a submarine capable of deploying SLBMs with nuclear warheads.

要するに、（１）南北で通常戦力同士の撃ち合いを想定するなら、軍事的合理性がない。（２）北の核で南の地上配備ミサイルがやられる想定だとしても、反撃に使うSLBMが通常弾頭ならば、やはり抑止効果も軍事的合理性もない。（３）残るは、南も潜在的に核武装して第二撃能力を確保するということ。
