おもしろいね。

思想に弱いと思想家の名前や主義のレッテルだけ持ち出して鼻息を荒くするものだが、こっちのほうはしっかり議論している。
　で・・・
ーーリバタリアンとは、他の人に自分と同様に備わっている自由を侵害しない かぎり自分のしたいことをする自由があるんだ、という考え方だ、と。

　対して、無政府主義は、権威に対抗する哲学的立場であって、それが社会的でも、政治的でも経済的でも権威に徹底的に対抗し、それゆえ国家というものは廃止して、社会は国家なしにやっていくべきだし、それは可能だ、と考えている、と。無政府主義も個人が自分が選択した人生を歩めるような自由を最大限尊重している、と。

　今日、無政府主義者と自認する者たちはアメリカに代表されるようなリバタリアン的運動は、社会的、経済的支配関係に無頓着すぎるとみている、と。リバタリアンが唱導する自由市場は、資本家が搾取する自由である、と。 真の経済的自由とは無政府主義者にとって社会主義であって資本主義ではない。

　無政府主義者もリバタリアンも同じく自由な社会を求めているのに、結果として真反対の経済制度、つまり、前者は社会主義、後者は資本主義をしているというわけだが、しかし、こうした見方は単純すぎる、と。

　個人主義的無政府主義者のタッカーという人の思想をもちだす。タッカーは資本家の不労所得を得る特権を毛嫌いしていたが、真の自由市場で、国家との癒着をなくし、権益を付与しなければ、誰しも、費用に近い価格でした商売ができないのではないか、と考えたんだ、と。銀行の利子や地主の地代、商人の利益は独占によって可能となるのであって、そうすることで、恣意的に競争に制限が加えらられてしまう。タッカーにとっては、真の自由競争こそ社会主義への道だったのだ、と。自由な競争があるからこそ、ものの真の経済的価値があらわになる、と考えたのだ、と。
　実際自由市場によって多くの人たちは貧困からすくい上げられてきた、と。
　ちなみに、これは、FBのリバタリアンのサイトの記事。

おれなんかかすると、政府の大きさという意味ではリバタリアンは最小で、無政府主義者は無みたいなイメージだったが、言われてみれば戦前、無政府主義者と共産主義者は親和性あったもんなああ、たしか。

　違憲審査権はあって、違憲だとという判決を下すことはもちろんできる、事実、違憲だ、とした裁判官も数名いたわけだけど、選択的夫婦別姓に関する法制についてはその時代の社会状況によるから国会はその変化に注視して、しっかり対応せよ、という判断もありえる。 

 15年判決に関して、木村先生のコメント  


 違憲ではないが、困っている人はいる。いまはこういう状況で合憲だけど、国会がこうした意見を聞いていかないなら違憲判断をするかもしれませんよ。時代状況の移り変わによっては違憲になりうるものだからしっかり対応をせよ、と。

 　夫婦が同一の姓を称することの意義や、婚姻前の姓を通称として使用することなどを総合的に考慮すると、夫婦同姓の規定が「個人の尊厳と両性の本質的平等」に照らして合理性を欠き、国会の立法裁量の範囲を超えるものと断ずることは困難だ。
 　15年の大法廷判決以降、女性の就業率は上昇するとともに共働き世帯の数も増加している。これに伴い、姓を改めることによって職業活動で不利益を被る女性がさらに増加していることがうかがえる。17年に内閣府が実施した世論調査などで、選択的夫婦別姓制度の導入に賛成する人の割合が増加しているなど国民の意識の変化がみられる。

 　一般論として、法制度の合理性に関わる事情の変化によっては、夫婦同姓の規定が、立法裁量の範囲を超えて憲法24条に違反すると評価されることもあり得ると考えられる。 

 　しかし、国民の意識がどのような状況にあるかは、国民を代表する議員で構成される国会で評価、判断されることが原則だ。


 

本来、法制度の合理性に関わる国民の意識の変化や社会の変化などは、立法機関である国会が不断に目を配り、対応すべきだ。選択的夫婦別姓制度導入に関する議論の高まりについても、まずは国会で受け止めるべきだ


選択的夫婦別姓制度の採否など夫婦の姓に関する法制度については、子の姓や戸籍の制度を含め、国民的議論、すなわち民主主義的なプロセスに委ねることで、合理的な仕組みのあり方を幅広く検討して決めるようにすることこそ、ふさわしい解決というべきだ

法人税率は世界的に40％台から20％台に下がり、日本も下げないと企業が法人税の安い国に逃げていくので、下げたのは当然です。

理解できる面もあるが・・・うーーーん、というところだね。賃金上げた企業の法人税はさげてやる、というならまだわかるが・・・要するに、単純に、法人税さげても賃金は上がらない ということだね。

毎日お店で払うので、だれでも負担しているとわかる一方、それが社会保険料という「隠れた税」の赤字を埋めていることがわからないためでしょう。

たしかに、消費税は毎日負担している実感があるもんなああ。 

　消費税上げるが、社会保障費はさげる、というと怒って、消費税下げるが、だまって社会保障費上げる、となれば、喜ぶ・・・・みたいな朝三暮四の猿のようになってもまずい。

　両方一体的にやって所得に相応した負担をするようにうまく設計せんといかんな。

　国家の政策には様々な視点がはいってきて、優先されるものとそれほどでもない違いはでてくるが、公平の観点からは、NISAや住宅ローンについての非課税、控除についても更新可能だろう。

　ただ、高所得者の資産、所得の痛くもかゆくもない上澄みにちょこっと増税する、というだけですごい抵抗の声があがる、というのはなぜなのか・・・そこらへんわからんな。

加害者への非難というのは社会の重要な役割で正義を実現するために社会に必須なんだけど、おうおうにして行き過ぎがある。

非がある人たち、少しでも非がある人達、非があると思われる人たちを極端に攻め立てる。

罪なきものしか声をあげてはいけない、とまでは言わないが、やはり、行き過ぎには注意しないとね。

行き過ぎた非難、不当な非難に声を上げていくのも民主主義社会では重要なことだね。

残念なことに、日本でも韓国でも、あるいは世界中で、余所者に対するバッシングはある。

　国籍という区別はあっていいが、しかし、その底の同一性にも注目したいものである。彼女の発言に日本憎悪は感じない。

財政出動派は素人にもわかる言葉で説明しているからじゃ？

 


　自民党は馬鹿だ、駄目だといくら批判しても野党が伸びないと同じで、財政出動派を「バラマキ」「トンデモ」とバカにしても・・支持は得られないんじゃないかね。

　MMT派は官僚の中野さんとか漫画家の井上さんらが素人でもわかる言葉で説明しているので支持を集めつつあるんじゃないかね？

　第1は、労働力率を上昇させることだ。とくに女性と高齢者の労働力率引き上げは、労働人口の減少を食い止めるためにかなりの効果を持つ。

 　ただし、在職老齢年金制度が高齢者就業の妨げになっているとの批判があったにもかかわらず継続が決まったことからも分かるように、労働力率引き上げのための政策が実際に行なわれているわけではない。また、女性の就業の多くが非正規であることも問題だ。

賃金上げるように誘導できないの？

 

物価が上がらないのは賃金が上がらないからで、その原因は国内の雇用が減っているからだ。

日本の完全失業率は3％以下と世界的にみても低いが、その原因は高齢者や主婦の雇用が増えて非正規労働者が増えたからで、総労働時間は減り続けている。それが年収（時給×労働時間）の減った原因である


要するに国内の製造業の雇用がアジアの労働者に移転される雇用の空洞化で、日本の労働者は貧しくなったのだ。これは株主利益の立場からは合理的であり、利益が上がる大きな原因は、日本の労働者の賃金が中国に近づいたためだ


ド素人からすると、ほんじゃあ、賃金上げるように誘導すりゃいいんとちゃうの？ 

最低賃金あげるとか、会社の利益分を賃金に回すような法規制とか・・・・・・・？

　ジェンダーという概念をみると、ジェンダー平等とトランスの緊張関係がよくわかるね。

　男女平等主義のほうが、生物的男性と女性にふさわしいとされる社会的役割、振る舞いなどの違いを解消していく運動であるのに対して、 トランスという概念は男女の役割、ふるまいの違いを前提として生まれたときの性別と自分が自覚する社会的性別が違う、と言っているわけで、一方は、社会的男女性別解消　他方は社会的男女性別温存に走る。

　また、男女平等主義者も生物的差異を否定するわけではないーーー場合が多いが、その場合、トイレ、更衣室などは生物的差異に従った区別をすべし、としているわけだが、トランスはそうした区別を撤廃し、社会的役割振る舞いなどに従った区別にしたがった空間に再区画化すべし、と主張ーーする場合がおおいわけだ。

これはわかるんだが、同じ傾向にありながら、 欧米の賃金は高くて日本の賃金が低いのがわからんし、それが労働組合の力の差・・・・と言えるのかどうか？

むしろ企業のグローバル化を進めて収益を上げ、それを税金で還元して最低保障年金のような形で再分配する河野太郎さんの案が合理的だと思います。

ただ、Q7によれば、グローバル企業が活躍しても日本の賃金は上がっていないようだし、最低保障年金はいいが、高所得者に対する合理的な課税、社会保障負担に手つかずに、消費税だけで賄おうというのは国民が納得しないのではないか？

Thirty-year-old veteran  Jaba Chachanidze joined a temporary farm worker program jointly organised by the German and Georgian governments. When he arrived, he found nothing but backbreaking labour, squalor, and returned with less than 10% of the money he was promised.

‘Added to that I had to pay €150 for “housing” per month, when in fact it consisted of two interconnected containers in which 24 of us, workers from Georgia, lived.’



‘Another nightmare was living in that “house”. The containers had two bathrooms for 24 people [...] we had one water heater and there were six women among us, whom we always allowed to go first. We, the men, constantly bathed in cold water.’

‘None of us had any personal space. Added to all this was a catastrophic lack of money. Work gloves, raincoats, boots, products, internet, water —  everything we had to purchase — we didn't even have drinking water there.'

‘Once we had decided that we should leave that place, I wrote to the German Labor Inspectorate, which checks the employer on the working and living conditions they provide.’

‘Some immigrants I had met recommended a company who could help me. Neither the embassy nor the employment agency had taken the initiative to help us. 

‘Now I have a debt of €1100 — from here I went to Germany I borrowed €800 and when I arrived I borrowed another €300. Now every second of my life I think, how I can possibly pay it all back.’

 “If you’re a woman in Korea, misogyny is already a part of daily life,” she said. “I didn’t want to waste my time on the misogyny of Squid Game too.”

Boycotters like Lee, Park, and Kim believe the show presents a distorted image of women, irresponsibly depicting them as objects of violence, hypersexualisation, and sacrifice. “I’m boycotting to tell the world that women are not going to watch this type of content any more,” Lee said.

“We believe Squid Game is a threat to women,” said Haeil spokesperson Hae-in Shim. As “neither a representation nor a criticism of the reality of anti-feminism in Korea,” the show, Shim said, with its “exclusively male gaze” and “disturbing reproductions of violence against women,” reinforces misogyny and “is a clear support of patriarchy”.


Some specific points of concern, Shim says, which emerged from watching the series, include the naked women painted and used as VIP room props, the apparent absence of women from positions of power, and the many female characters never afforded the privilege of being identified by their own names, referred to instead as a male character’s ex-wife or mother. For Shim, what is particularly upsetting about Squid Game’s renderings of violence against women, she says, is that they are incidental, intended to advance male storylines, as opposed to being instrumental to their own. One unsettling example of this, she says, is when a guard of the game mentions gang-raping the corpse of an eliminated female player — after which point, this horrifying detail is never addressed again.

Not only did Shim find the sex scene to be unrealistic, but she also takes issue with how Mi-nyeo’s sexual bartering — and her subsequent quest for revenge after Deok-su’s betrayal — is treated as the central feature of her storyline, even leading to her own death, while largely ignoring her background of being a poor single mother

“Why are you being so sensitive,” male friends have asked her. “Isn’t its portrayal of women just like every other show anyway,” some female friends have likewise wondered. 

In one cybercafe on the popular Korean web portal Daum, a user reposted a list of feminist criticisms about Squid Game that had originally appeared in a women’s community. Alongside it, the user posted a cartoon meme depicting such feminist critics as oinking pigs. In the Naver portal hosted cafe for New Men’s Solidarity, a men’s rights group in South Korea, users accused feminists of “persecution paranoia” and joked: “If you’re uncomfortable, you should’ve fixed the way you sit.”

　また、日本の政治について、未成年者や外国人の意見を聞き、意見を交えることはとても重要なことである。

Under current UIL rules, a student’s gender is determined by their birth certificate. But UIL also accepts legally modified birth certificates in which someone may have had their sex changed to align with their gender identity.

内閣府が14～15年に実施した「結婚・家族形成に関する意識調査」で、結婚を望む20～30代の未婚者に「結婚相手に求める条件」を聞いている。それによると、結婚相手に「経済力があること」を挙げた男性が7.5％にとどまったのに対して、女性は52.5％にも上った。
　また結婚後に「夫が家計の担い手になる」のが理想と答えた20～30代の女性の割合は、未婚・既婚を合わせて68.4％に達した（「どちらかというと夫が担い手になる」を含む）。

　以前、「徳川」さんという方がいて、「徳川さんってあの徳川家となにかご関係あるんですか？」とか聞いたら、在日の人が日本に帰化するとき、どうせなら、ということで「徳川」にしたそうな。わたしは、在日だったから云々という意識は当時まるでなかったし、いまでもない。その方も別にフツーーーの人だった。帰化したことも隠してもいなかった。ただ、わたしが「へええ」と驚いた覚えがある。

　女子サッカーチームの選手はトランス男子を自認した時点でチームを離脱するのがスジ・・・だろうなあ・・・もしも自認というのが社会も自認通りに認めてくれ、つまり、自分が男子だと自認したら社会も自分を男子と認めよ、という意味ならば、女子チームを離脱するのがスジだろうなああ。

　で、男子サッカーチームの入部テストを受けるべきで、そこで差別されたら問題にする、というのがスジだろうねええ。

皇族は結婚したいなら早めに皇室離脱したほうがいいかも。


結婚する場合、小室さん夫妻のような目にあうかもしれないので、結婚したいなら結婚の話になるずっと前に皇室を出て民間人になって勝手に結婚したほうがいいかも？
