 Israel has the distinction of being the first country to close its borders following news of the Omicron variant less than three months after the Middle Eastern country began allowing tourists back in. Israeli citizens can come back to the country but will have to quarantine, even if fully vaccinated.

As of November 30, Japan's borders are closed to any non-citizens, including international students, short-term residents (those already in the country can stay), or people visiting family.

　破産手続きを頼んで3年近くも弁護士に放置されている友人が弁護士事務所の事務員さんと面談していることを忘れている。私のほうが勘違いしていると確信している。彼は、障害１級をもらっている。

　「面談のために、家計簿一緒につくったでしょう？あれはなんのために作ったの？」と言ってもわからない。自分の記憶が正しいと思っている。事務員さんに電話して聞いてみれば、と言っても聞かない。自分の記憶が正しいと思っている。

　彼があまりにも確信をもっていうので、私の記憶違いかと思って、法律事務所に電話して聞いてみるとやはり会っている。

　私が事務員さんに電話したら会っているそうだよ、と言ったら動揺して、ようやく事務員さんに電話したが、その後、「会っていません」と断言しに、私に電話してしてきた。「会っていません」という本当に強い口調だった。「会ってない、と言われたの？」と聞くと、そこは答えなかったが、○○さん（私の名前）の指図を受ける必要はないじゃないか、云々と言われた、と。どうも私が嘘をついていると思っているようだ。

　ところが、昨日、ラインのメッセージのログが出てきた。彼が私に弁護士事務所の事務員さんと面談するから、破産手続き用の家計簿を作ってほしい、と書かれたメッセージがでてきたのである・・・見せるとなにか口ごもっていたが・・・あれで彼は納得したかどうか？

　そういえば、

　両方ともネットではアインシュタインの引用として流通しているが、それは違うらしい。発言者はアインシュタインじゃないが、しかし、なるほどなあ、と感心していた引用だった。

　そういえば、ウィトゲンシュタインがプライベート言語への反駁で

とか言っていたが、記憶の正誤を確認するのに同じ記憶を頼りにするのはまさにこれだ。

　理屈の上では、こうした引用がいう通りなのだが、しかし、自分の友人がそうした世界から抜け出せないのを間近にみると、なにかとても悲しくなってくる。

　自分の記憶違いでなかったと証明できてよかったと思う反面、証明なんてする必要はなかった、むしろ彼を傷つけてしまったのではないか、さらに、彼を自分だけの世界に追い込んでしまったのではないか、という気持ちもある。

　ゴミ屋敷で自分の世界に閉じこもる友人を思い、胸のあたりがとても重く感じて息苦しい朝である。

　おれが言うのもなんだが、小室さんを責めているよう聞こえるんだなあ・・・小室さんのかあちゃんの話だろ？・・・そりゃ若い二人に非がないわけじゃないだろうけど、若いときなんてそんなもん。それを静かに見守るのが大人。

「 儀式は取りやめる、二人に非がないわけじゃないが、若い二人を静かに見守ってやってほしい、それがわたしの切なる願いです」とかなんとか、世間に訴えて、若い二人を守ってあげてほしかった。

一部の誹謗を煽った側面が皆無とはいえまい。

東京医科大の濱田篤郎特任教授（渡航医学）は「気温が下がり、年末年始に向けて人流が増え、国民のワクチン効果も落ちていく今後、国内でオミクロン株が次の感染の波を作る可能性もある。詳しい性質が判明するまでは水際対策を強化し、少しでも流入を遅らせるべきだ」と話している。


時間稼ぎをして、その間、ワクチン接種普及急加速させないと。

オミクロンが大したことなくても、デルタも世界で猛威をふるっているわけで、韓国なんかデルタのために追加接種前倒ししている。どっちにせよ、損はない。

Some argued that such restrictions still could provide valuable time to analyze the new variant. Little is known about it, including whether it is more contagious, more likely to cause serious illness or more able to evade the protection of vaccines.


　効果についてはパンデミックの初期から疑問は呈されていた。しかし、台湾NZの成功例もある。感染拡大しても医療危機をもたらさない程度に抑制するのが大事。いまだ、重症化率の程度はわからないが、感染力が強いはことはわかっているわけで、正しい選択だと思う。

　感染力強くても、大したことなければ開放していけばよい。

これをエロく感じるひととそうでない人はいるだろう。
仮にエロかったら、まずいのか、というとエロいのは悪くない。

でも、見たくないものってあると思うんだよなああ。

生理的かなんかわからんけど、おれは表面がブツブツしているやつはダメだし、嘔吐物なんかもみたくないだろう？

あと普段公共の場所でみたくないもの・・・・かなマラ祭りとか、あるけど、あれはやはり限定された時期のお祭り。

いくら暑くても性器は隠しておくものだろう？・・・普段の日常の場所では性器はみせたくないし、見たくない、というのはわかる。

普通の場所で、おっぱいペロンだしている女性がいたら、しまっておいてくれ、と言いたくるよなああ。
　
他方、性的に敏感な近辺を強調する表現をすべて遮断するのもいきすぎ。

その線引が難しい。

そこで、「こんなに恥骨のラインを強調されると性欲が刺激されてまずい」とか、「エッチっぽくていやだ」とか「恥骨はたんに人体の一部であってエッチではない」とか「エッチかもしれないけどこの程度ならいいんじゃない」とかいろいろ意見だせばいいよ。

　このみかんもった女学生についていえば、おれはなーーーーーーんも感じない。しかし、若い人だと刺激的すぎるという人もいるだろう。

　おれだって中学生の頃同級生のブラジャーが白いブラウスの上からその線が透けて見えるだけで興奮したもんなあああーーーいまはなんとも思わんけど・・・

　で、あまりにも刺激的すぎたらそれは可愛そうだろう？

　そこ・・性的に敏感な部位・・・を見られるのが不快なんだ、そこに他人の視線がいくのが不快なんだ、という人もいるかもしれない・・・・

　男子の海パンのもっこりが強調されているイラストがあったら・・・・まあなああ、おれなんか別にどうでもいいと思うけどなああ・・・・ただ、そこらへん個人の感受性だからなああ・・・・・

　　とにかく、人権とか性的搾取とかってのは違うんじゃないかと・・・・

政府が税金でステルスアカウントを使って、政府応援やっていたらそれは問題。 

しかし、それとは別に、野党がツイッターやTikTok使って簡潔なメッセージを発信すべきは当然でしょう？

文句ばっかだよなああ、野党支持者って。

感染拡大して制限強化なら後手後手の岸田政権は倒すべき。

菅河野大臣もスタートは遅かったし、菅総理が1日１００万と旗をあげたのに、河野大臣は７０万が限界じゃないか、と脚を引っ張っていた。

途中で韓国に抜かれているし・・・

菅、河野の失敗から学ばないと。

パンデミックで効いたのは、ワクチンと台湾やNZのような初期段階での厳しい入国制限。

日本も両方ともやればできるのにダラダラダラダラ・・・・偶然感染者数が少ないのに甘えて危機感ゼロ。

JERUSALEM (AP) — Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said on Friday that Israel is “on the threshold of an emergency situation” after authorities detected the country’s first case of a new coronavirus variant and barred travel to and from most African countries.

The Health Ministry said it detected the new strain in a traveler who had returned from Malawi and was investigating two other suspected cases. The three individuals, who had all been vaccinated, were placed in isolation.

水際作戦の強化を


The variant, which descends from the B.1.1 lineage, has an “incredibly high” number of mutations, experts say, with fears that it is highly transmissible and effective at evading the body’s immune response.

B.1.1529 has 32 mutations located in its spike protein. These include E484A, K417N and N440K, which are associated with helping the virus to escape detection from antibodies.

Another mutation, N501Y, which is found in the spike protein, appears to increase the ability of the virus to gain entry to our cells, making it more transmissible.




“It will take a few weeks for us to understand what impact this variant has on any potential vaccines,” Van Kerkhove added.

Any new variant that is able to evade vaccines or spread faster than the now-dominant Delta variant might pose a significant threat as the world emerges from the pandemic.

　２回目までのワクチン接種の速度がおち、海外で感染拡大し、３回目の接種は有効という声が聞かれていた。施設に余裕ができて、１１月初頭には３回目接種を初めて第６波に備えてよかった。

　武漢や欧州のときも政府とマスコミははじめ他人事だった。それで感染拡大して、緊急事態宣言になって経済大打撃。

　ワクチン接種加速して３回目やるんなんて政治的にも技術的にも難しくないはずなのに、やらんかった。

　今度制限強化なら、おれはもう岸田政権信用しない。

　でも野党もなーーんも言ってないからなああワクチン。

誰もが出入りする場所での展示物について意見をいうのは大事

　こういうのは不快だ、という意見があれば、展示する人たちにとっても参考になるだろう。

　ただ、漫画のキャラに対して「性的搾取」云々というのはいただけない。キャラに人権はない。

　男キャラがないので性差別だ、ということはありえるが、薄着着ているから、性差別だ、性器や胸に視線を誘導しているから性差別だ、とは言えない。薄着をする自由もあるし、何を見ようが個人の自由。

「性的に露骨」だから嫌、不快という意見はありえる。

　ただ、キャラの巨乳は不快だ、とか、キャラのミニスカは不快だ、キャラが性的に挑発的だから不快だ、というのでは、現実の女性の自由も制限することになるので注意が必要。

　現実に巨乳の女性はおり、ミニスカを楽しんでいる女性もおり、好んで性的に挑発的な女性もいる。その人達の自由と権利を否定してもいけない。

　誰もが出入りする場所なので恥骨や乳首を露骨に強調するイラストは控えるべき、というのはわかる。

　子供と一緒に行く場所なので「夜這い」って何？と聞かれるのは恥ずかしいから「夜這い云々」というセリフは外してもらいたい、という意見もわかる。

　最終的にどういう判断するか、良識やら営業上の都合やら総合考量して、展示の主催者が決めればいい。

Strange explanations
Rather than doing something about the problem of violence and rape, Swedish politicians, public authorities and media do their best to explain away the facts. Here are some of their explanations:


Swedes have become more prone to report crime.
The law has been changed so that more sexual offences are now classed as rape.
Swedish men cannot handle increased equality between the sexes and react with violence against women (perhaps the most fanciful excuse).
A long-held feminist myth is that the most dangerous place for a woman is her own home -- that most rapes are committed by someone she knows. This claim was refuted by Brå's report:


"In 58% of cases, the perpetrator was entirely unknown by the victim. In 29% of cases the perpetrator was an acquaintance, and in 13% of cases the perpetrator was a person close to the victim."

文在寅政権の「ウィズコロナ」路線が窮地…「ブレイクスルー感染」多発で医療体制は綱渡り


重症者も増加している、というのは危機なんだが・・・問題は重症者がワクチン未接種なのか、それとも接種しても重症が増えているのか、どうか・・・・

読売の記事でそうした観点がないのはおかしいだろう。ブレークスルーなんて随分前から言われているわけでニュースでもなんでもない。

記者の問題意識が違う。報道が駄目だと国の方向も間違える。

報道のしかたによって、

１）ワクチンしても意味なーいじゃーん

２）ワクチンしないとやべえ
