　主権が中国に移った後に声明にどれだけ意味があるのか・・・・普通考えたら、主権が映った後でも約束は約束だから、守るべき、と思うわなあ。でも、中国としたら主権はうちらにあるわけで、その意味は内政について他から干渉されないってことだろう、と言い返すかもしれない。
