権利概念の不在って・・・権利の意味をわかっているのか？

未だ、日本に生活がある外国籍の方が再入国できない状況が続く。ビジネス目的の入国が先行することに政治上の判断だという言葉が出るが、日本で生活がある人が国籍を理由に排除されることが通るのが、この国における権利概念の不在を表していると思う。そして、悲しい。

Natural rights and legal rights are two types of rights. Natural rights are those that are not dependent on the laws or customs of any particular culture or government, and so are universal and inalienable (they cannot be repealed by human laws, though one can forfeit their enjoyment through one's actions, such as by violating someone else's rights)

Legal rights are, clearly, rights which exist under the rules of legal systems or by virtue of decisions of suitably authoritative bodies within them.

権利概念の不在って・・・外国籍の人が国家の許可なく入国できる自然権も法的権利も存在しない。

日本の生活に復帰したいのにできなくて困っている人たちがいる、助けてあげたい、という気持ちはわかるが、問題の設定の仕方が悪い。

カッコつけて難しい言い方しないほうがいい。
