Why do Muslim women cover's their bodies from head to toe?
Because women's body is not commodity or something of a low degree. It is kept away from the eyes of intruders who have no right to see any woman except their wives.

Why do Muslim women have more aurat to be covered than Muslim men?
Muslimas (Muslim Women ) wear hijab or cover up themselves, because their creator (Allah) wants them to do so. They need to cover up as it has been instructed in the Quran i.e. covering hair, chest and wearing modest cloths which does not reveals shape of their body.

The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
