論じている言葉ー「代理戦争」ーの定義がしっかりしていないと・・・

アメリカがウクライナを無理矢理に戦わせてるなら代理戦争と言えるけど、そうじゃないんだよ。ウクライナが積極的に自分の意志で徹底抗戦を選択している。かつてのフィンランドのように。

What does the phrase "it's just a matter of semantics" mean?

議論するとき言葉の意味が違っていれば、議論にならないわけで・・・・

「代理戦争」をどういう意味でつかっているかによる。

１）どんな辞書、辞典にも「無理やり」は要件になっていない

２）え)のWiki　は扇動を要件の一つにいれいているが、他の辞書、辞典には要件になっていない。

３）大国の利益になっている、

４）大国が支援している/

５）直接介入なし

要するに、３）４）５）は必須。

自分の好きなように・・・というか独自の意味を使うならそのように定義して使うと宣言しないとまずいだろうね。
