「相互作用」とか、「正のフィードバック」という概念があるわけで・・・どうしちゃったんだろうか？軍拡競争なんかもその類の概念に属しよう。

NATO拡大したアメリカは悪くない、と言いたい勢力がいるのか？

ロシアの動機とか因果関係、相互作用と、倫理的、政治的な責任、非難の問題は別に考えるべき。

仮にNATO拡大がなければ、今回のロシア侵略はなかったとしても、今回のロシアによる侵略はロシアが全面的に悪い。ただ、開戦に至る過程で西側にももっとうまい外交や筋道はあった、というだけの話。その意味でまったく非がないとも言えない。
