ある民族や信徒全体を冒涜するような言論については、議論があるところであって、欧州ではわりに制限している。日本ではヘイトスピーチ法なんかで緩やかな制限がある。
他人を傷つけるようなことを言わないように注意すべきではあるが、言論を規制するのは国家だから、むしろ国家による恣意的な制限のほうを警戒すべきではある。
