Libertarian socialism

先程出てきたチョムスキーは自分のことをアナーキストとか、リベタリアン社会主義と呼んでいるだが、後者の呼称は知らなかった。

リバタリアンというとおれなんか上記動画にでてくるアメリカのリバタリアンで夜警国家的な政府による介入・関与を最小限を目指すリバタリアンを想起するが・・・

 

欧州では反国家主義的な社会主義的な意味合いがあるのかね？

掃除夫だ秘書だ何だと役割が固定されていおらず社会や社会の意思決定に全面的に参加できる社会だ、と。

発展した共産主義社会では、個々人の才能が全面的に開花する、みたいなかんじか？

 

What is Libertarian Socialism?

A libertarian socialist’s starting point is the assertion that human beings can only really flourish and reach their full potential in a society where there is freedom and equality. Furthermore, neither of these two things can exist without the other: each person can only be assured they’ll always remain their own master when everyone is guaranteed an equal say in decision-making, and no one is a slave to anybody else. And finally, these conditions would also, by definition, have to mean there are no masters, no bosses, no rulers—an archos in Ancient Greek, which is where we in English get our word anarchy.

The libertarian socialist’s first principle is to oppose the rule of some over others—variously described as hierarchy, authority, despotism, coercion—and our other views about politics, culture, and economics flow from that commitment. Indeed, libertarians are socialists because capitalism is the rule of the owning classes over the working classes, the ability of the few who govern production and investment to enslave and exploit the many upon whose labor all their profits depend. 

But the point is to oppose rulership in all its forms. So libertarian socialists are also usually feminists, abolitionists, anti-imperialists, internationalists, secularists, ecologists, and queer liberationists, even if these social movements extend beyond socialism proper.

　自由とは、誰にも支配されないことだから、誰かに命令する国家を持たない無政府主義を意味するし、 労働者階級を支配する有産階級の廃絶を求める社会主義も意味するんだ、と。そういう意味では男に支配されないフェミニスト、帝国に支配されない反帝国主義らとも相通じつるものがあるんだ、と。
