西側社会へのクルド部族社会の統合は、社会発展段階的にタリバンを統治するより難易度が高いと思われます。タリバンは内戦を経て全土を武力統一し、外国勢力を追い出し、ほぼ全土を支配し統治を敷いています。クルディスタン地域は歴史上、武力により統一されたことがありません。部族が単位なのです。

Investigators believe the shooting to be an act of right-wing terrorism.
Background
The attack came as right-wing violence is on the rise in France.[7][8][9] The attack also comes almost ten years after the triple murder against Kurdish activists in January 2013.[10]

１）複雑な状況だから一概には言えないだろうが、クルド人のトルコで差別されており、難民に値する迫害までうけている人たちに日本にいてもおかしくはない。
２）フランスでも差別をうけている可能性はある。
３）日本でも、クルド人を十把一絡げに排除、罵倒していれば、分断が深まりフランスの轍を踏む危険がある。
わすれちゃいかんな。
