Autogynephilia: an underappreciated paraphilia

Autogynephilia is defined as a male's propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female.

Blanchard categorized trans women into two groups: homosexual transsexuals who are attracted exclusively to men and are feminine in both behavior and appearance; and autogynephilic transsexuals who experience sexual arousal at the idea of having a female body (autogynephilia).[1]

　論争がある概念であるみたいだね。

　長い記事なので全部読んでいないが、自分が女性であると空想したり、女性の格好をして性的興奮するわけであるが、女性一般に性的興奮するという記述はないように思うが・・・・

助平は長命を助く、という因果関係まではわからんが、エッチな空想があるということはまだ寿命があるという証拠になるかもしれんな。
