トランスジェンダー巡り広がるデマ　当事者が冷静な議論を呼びかけ

　LGBT法連合会の神谷悠一事務局長は「デマが極めて広範囲に流布され、看過できない。全国約60の自治体で、性的指向や性自認による差別を禁止する条例が施行されたが、公衆浴場の利用ルールが変わったり、社会が混乱したりしたという報告はない。事実を無視し、不安をあおる議論は、断じて容認できない」と強調した。

法制化されたらこれから変わるかもしれんだろう。

A transgender Wyoming woman was convicted Wednesday of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl inside a bathroom.

Upon investigation, the police found there was no gender listed on the transgender student's birth certificate, but a paternity affidavit listed the student as male. Student "A"'s mother further confirmed to police that her child was "born male but identified as female."

最後のは性的ではない暴行だが・・・ トランス女性は自認だけで女性専用スペースに入ったり、競技に参加できるのかどうか？・・・・なんで答えられないんだよ？ 入れない場合もある、というなら、自認だけじゃ基準として不十分なわけだろ？
