「混乱を招くから「ジェンダー」の語はしようするなと政府与党が言い出した20年前を思い出す」 

 なぜ、そのとき日本語に咀嚼して翻訳する努力を怠ったのだろう？ 世界中で植民地主義や同性愛バッシングしてたのを真似たのが日本の過ちの始まり。 ここらへん、LGBT推進派の思考力を根底的に疑う。 思考しないで欧米に訴える・・・まあ、それが出羽守だからしょうがないけど・・・・トコトン出羽守なんだなあ。

 例えば、ちょっと関連をググってみる。

　自認される性や外見、所作、その他その人のジェンダー関連の特徴によって他の人より不利に扱われた場合ジェンダーアイデンティティ差別が生じたことになる、と。誕生時に割り当てられた性別や当人の身体に医療的介入があったかどうかは関係ない、と。

ーーつまり、チンコついた人が「私は女性よ、女性風呂入るわ」と言ったらそのままいれてあげなければ、原則、差別なわけでしょ？他の典型的な女性なら入れているわけだからね。

　前から言うようにおれはチンコがない人が同じ風呂に入ってこようが便所にいようが、更衣室にいようがかまわないよ。

sexual orientation は含まれているがgender identity　はないようだああ。

The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union

 Article 21: Non-discrimination – forbids discrimination on grounds of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or other belief, political opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.


EUの人権憲章にもgender identity はないじゃん？
　
　それはいいとして、ジェンダーアイデンティティによる差別は駄目だって、スポーツの分野でもも自認＝女性に対して他の女性選手にないホルモン注射とかなんかいろいろ制限設けているじゃん？

　豪州の反差別法読んだら、それも差別だろう？

そういう問題を提示されているのに・・・・自分たちは自分たちの言葉で議論の提示もできずに、「G７」もやっている「欧米もやっている！」って・・・思考停止だよ。

 預貯金を食い物にする司法書士、被後見人本人に会っていない弁護士って・・・
「He is God（あの人は神様です）」。東京の街頭で取材した若者は、喜多川氏についてこう言った。日本では、多くの人が同じように思っている。喜多川氏の葬儀は国家的な行事だった。
これは作り話じゃね？
そういった若者が万が一いたとしてもそれは日本の多くの人を代表しない。
だがこの判決も黙殺された。名誉棄損訴訟は刑事裁判につながらなかった。喜多川氏は訴追されることなく、亡くなる2019年まで、ジャニーズ事務所の社長を務め続けた。
これはまずかっただろうな。刑事訴追すべきだった。
他方で中村記者は、報道や判決を世間が受け入れなかったことには、偏見も関係すると考えている。「日本の中では男性と男性が恋愛するとか、性交渉を結ぶことについては、はなから信じていないというか、そういう見方、偏見があったと思います」。
これも変な日本人論だな？　
外人記者は変な日本人論や変な日本人論を吐く日本人を採用したいんだろうな。
