日本の”保守”は何を保守したいのか？・・・統一教会か？

 

裁判所が却下するかどうかわからないが、「池田さんが文化庁よ、早く申し立てしろ」といえば、池田さん周辺の右へ倣え族もそっちになびいくかも？

立法が遅れて判例が立法を先導したケースもあろうだろう？
　それよりも、どういう法律を作れば悪質な行為をやめさせられるかを考えるべきです。客観的に悪質な宗教活動を定め、それに違反したら、まずはペナルティを科して改善を促す。その結果、活動が続かなくなって自然と消滅すれば、それでいいわけですから。
悪質な行為をやめさせ、被害者が救済できれば方法は宗教法人解散が先でも立法が先でもよい。

反日カルト教団同様なクソなことをしてれば左翼でも右翼でも法人格を奪えるようにせんと。

やれ左翼だ、やれ右翼だ、という党派的思考が脱却せんと。
　おれも不思議に思う。皇統を継続するなら女系まで認めた方がいい。日本の「保守」は何を保守したいのか？　統一教会か？

個人的には国葬問題はそんなに興味ないんだが、これは世間で政治的論争になっているんだから、議員として意見を述べて然るべき、ということじゃないの？
