That fact that some costs of national debt can be transferred to future generations does not imply that future generations are worse-off. Whether the loan has been spent wisely or foolishly is highly relevant. If the borrowed funds are spent on a short-term project (for example, an enormous firework display) and some of the costs are transferred to the future, then the future generation will be worse-off as a result of the loan. However, if the borrowed funds are spent on a project whose benefits extend into the future, then future generations may be better off as a result of the loan.

 アメリカも若い人にとってはきびしいようだね。 今の段階で「こうした事業者とは東京都は契約をしない」と決めることが妥当かどうかは別にしてーーーわたしは妥当だと思わないーーー「暇空氏を批判」していたかどうかとの整合性ってなに？ 

何と何が矛盾するわけ？
仮に、
１）住民監査請求はそれにかこつけて特定の民間団体を攻撃するためのものではない、と暇空氏を批判していなかった
としても
２）監査委員会から、これだけ「不当」を認定されて、担当部局に再調査の迷惑をかけて反省が足りません。こうした事業者とは東京都は契約をしないようにして欲しい

１）と２）は矛盾しないだろう？
