へええ 日本の司法でも利益相反の概念があるが、本件は利益相反ではなく、訴訟上の「忌避」「回避」の問題だろう。
要求の回答は26日を期限に定め、対応がなければ31日の第1回口頭弁論の冒頭で永谷氏を担当から外すよう申し立てる「忌避」の手続きを取る。


　他人を馬鹿にしている理由が自分の無知のため、というのはたまに見かけるが恥ずかしい。おれも気をつけようと思っているが、もしかしてやってしまっているかもしれない・・・まあ、馬鹿にしないのが一番かもね。
